Napa Valley rewards restraint. For this wedding, Laurie Arons Special Events and Kathleen Deery Design leaned into a palette of white, green and stone, letting the hills and the late-day light do the rest.
The ceremony took place on a long aisle beneath olive trees, with white flowers in stone urns along the way. Dinner followed under a sailcloth tent set with simple white arrangements, olive branches and handwritten calligraphy.
Much of this wedding was photographed on film, which suits Napa. The gentle tones and soft highlights feel like the valley itself.
