The work
Eric Kelley
I make natural, ethereal, painterly photographs that hold on to a moment and the feeling inside it. I studied fine art photography at the University of Virginia, where I also competed as a collegiate diver, and I have been photographing ever since.
For more than twenty years my wedding work has taken me across the world. It has been recognized by Harper's Bazaar, Brides, and Martha Stewart Weddings, named a rising star by Rangefinder, and published in the New York Times and Sports Illustrated.
The pieces in this shop are the quieter side of that life: landscapes, still lifes, and paintings made for no one but the light. I live in Brentwood, Tennessee with my wife and our three children.
How each piece is made
Paper and inks
Photographs are printed as archival pigment giclées on 100% cotton rag fine art paper. Pigment inks on cotton paper are rated to last generations when framed behind glass and kept out of direct sun.
Editions
Open editions are printed to order with no fixed limit. Limited editions are capped at the number shown, across all sizes, and will not be reprinted once they sell through.
Production time
Every print is made to order. Please allow 7 to 10 business days before your piece ships. Originals ship within 5 business days.
Shipping
Smaller prints ship flat between rigid boards; larger prints ship rolled in a heavy tube. Shipping is calculated at checkout and is complimentary in the US on orders over $250.
Returns
Because prints are made to order, all sales are final. If your piece arrives damaged, email a photo within 7 days and it will be replaced at no cost.
